Anita Barone

Barone was a character in Gail Cunningham (a chef) in The Shoes of Seinfeld, the season 4 episode. She wanted Elaine Benes' shoes. In the 90s early on, Barone was a regular on Carol & Company as a co-star with Carol Burnett. Barone also played Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife in the character's first appearance on Friends. She left the show as she was looking for an additional full-time job. She was replaced by Jane Sibbett. Barone was a guest on The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the initial season (from 1995-1996) as well as in The War at Home in 2005 until 2007. Barone has also been a guest on Daddio which was a sitcom that was aired from 2000. Her television credits are Desperate Women, Curb Your Exuberance Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline and the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone was awarded her Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award 2005 in 2004 for her performance in the feature film One Last Ride. Barone started her role as mother to Bella Thorne and CeCe Jones in the year 2010 - just three years following The War at Home concluded it's running. Matthew Glave, Barone's husband and actor Matthew Glave, guest starred in the role of J.J. Jones in two episodes.
