Rodriguez as well as Ellis stated that when the vehicle caught fire, they did not have the resources to help Tintor's dog and Tintor. "I am feeling like I've made a mistake." LA Police claimed Ruggs had a speed of 156 mph and but slowed down to 127mph after Tina's car was hit. His blood alcohol level was that was twice what Nevada's limits allow.
