TerylTeryl Rothery is a Canadian actress who has appeared on stage, television and film. Her most well-known role is portraying Janet Fraiser in the TV show Stargate SG-1. She also co-starred as Grace Sherman in Cedar Cove and has played major parts as Muriel in Virgin River, Jean Loring in Arrow and Celia Hudson in Nancy Drew. Rothery has been in numerous TV films. Rothery began dancing when she was 9 years old. of age. In 1995, Rothery considered that this was the beginning of her career in entertainment. Her first professional performance opportunities as a performer were the musical Bye Bye Birdie at age 13[3] and in the production of Marpole Community Theatre of The Sound of Music at age 14. In her younger years she was a dancer on The Irish Rovers variety television show[2] and also appeared in the musical "The Sound of Music" when she was 14 years old.
